My own experience with Dynamic Balance & Wellbeing
By traditional standards, I've been a successful career woman. I've held executive positions in international companies and had my own businesses in Germany and Switzerland. I've held press conferences in New York, Paris and Zurich.
Business trips took me around the world. Yet, was I really successful when I was checking my e-mails 24/7, lonely in my hotel room and so stressed that I was spending many sleepless nights ?
